Description
The RCGF Stinger 10cc RE is a powerful, compact 2-stroke gasoline engine designed for .40–.50 size RC airplanes. Its rear-exhaust configuration makes it especially well suited for narrow cowls and scale warbirds.
This latest-generation Stinger engine features improved materials, precision manufacturing, strong performance, and a Walbro carburetor. The package includes the electronic CDI ignition system, muffler, spark plug, mounting hardware, and other installation accessories.

Fuel and Oil Requirements
Use gasoline premixed with a high-quality 2-cycle engine oil.
- Conventional oil: 32:1 recommended
- Fully synthetic oil: 40:1 recommended
- Acceptable overall gasoline-to-oil range: 25:1–40:1
Recommended oils include Motul 800 2T, Red Line Two-Stroke Racing Oil, STIHL HP Ultra, or a comparable premium fully synthetic 2-cycle oil.
Ignition Battery Requirements
Compatible with:
- 7.4V–14V NiCd or NiMH battery
- 7.4V LiFe battery
- 2S LiPo battery
Important: Do not power the ignition system through a BEC, iBEC, or uBEC.
